These terms

This site is published by Blockphrase XLabs Private Limited (CIN U62099MH2025PTC454397), registered with RoC Mumbai at Shivai Nagar Pok Rd, Jekegram, Thane, Maharashtra 400606. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They cover the site itself. Work we do for a client is governed by the engagement letter signed for it, and where the two differ, that letter wins.

Nothing here is advice

Everything on this site — the service pages, the research, the frameworks, the teardowns and the answers to common questions — is published for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, investment, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, security or other asset.

Regulation in this field changes quickly and differs by jurisdiction. A page that was accurate when it was written may not be today, and what applies in one market may not apply in yours. Do not act on anything here without advice on your own facts, from someone engaged to give it.

Our public teardowns of projects are commentary and opinion on information that was already public. They are not allegations of wrongdoing by anyone named in them.

Enquiries and engagement

Sending the scoping form, or writing to us, does not create a client relationship or any obligation on us to act. A relationship begins only when we have both signed an engagement letter.

Please do not send confidential or privileged information through the form. Until an engagement letter is in place, nothing you send is covered by one, and we cannot accept a duty of confidence over it.

Figures and claims on this site

Figures published here about our work — amounts raised, market capitalisation, revenue, clients and partners — describe past work. They are not a forecast, a promise, or any indication of what a future engagement will achieve.

Using this site

You may read, quote and link to anything here, with attribution. You may not copy a page wholesale and publish it as your own, scrape the site in a way that degrades it for anyone else, or attempt to reach parts of it that are not public.

The text, design, visuals, code and marks on this site belong to us or to their respective owners, and the firm's name and logo are ours. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a regulator, a primary text or a third party's page, we do so because it is the source worth reading. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for what they publish or for what they do with your data once you are on them.

Availability

We publish this site as it is and make no promise that it will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change, move or remove any part of it, including published research, at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here, including lost profit, lost opportunity or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of this site.
